↠With OC designs and art, I'm working on a new style. Comms are open, however it'll take me longer than usual to finish since I'm getting used to the new style and process.↠Slideshows for OCs will include old work, as I do not have enough comms from my new art style.↠Also, I'm currently gearing towards animation as a career choice, which will affect my comms schedule. Delays are possible, though I'll do everything in my power to avoid them.
🕸 TOS Overview 🕸
↠I DO NOT provide services for any politically woke/activist content. Absolutely NO ONE is allowed to use my content to promote woke/activist ideals.↠These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.↠By commissioning me, you're allowing me to post WIP updates on social media. Of course, you have my permission to share the watermarked version of the final product on your own social media account, provided that you reference my comms carrd when you do so or @ me if sharing on Twitter.
✸✸Please DO NOT post the non-watermarked version of the completed product. You DO NOT have permission to do so.
🕸 Payment 🕸
↠I WILL NOT begin work on a commission until a minimum of half of the payment is received! The completed product will not be sent unless full payment has been completed.
✸✸This process may be flexible for returning clients, however.↠Prices are listed in USD. Payment may be accepted via Paypal and/or Ko-fi. If you pay through Paypal, you will need to adjust the price to cover Paypal taxes so I get the correct amount. This includes exchange rates between currency types.
✸✸If you're uncomfortable with the Paypal or Ko-fi options, please reach out to me to negotiate an optional payment method.
✸✸Any and all products are provided with the understanding that it will be used by the client ONLY. You DO NOT have permission to sell or otherwise share your commissions with others for their use, unless watermarked or otherwise stated. An additional charge may be added to allow for commercial use.
🕸 Process 🕸
↠Once it is your turn for a commission, you shall see your name moved from the Trello Waitlist to the Processing Queue.↠As soon as adequate payment has been received for your commission, you'll see your listing in Trello lose the "Waitlisted" tag. Once I start working on your project, it will be moved to the In Progress section.
✸✸If you partially paid for the commission, it will stay in the Working On section until full payment has been received.↠Once full payment has been received and your commission has been completed, I will provide you with a Wormhole link. This provides encryption as well as limited access for safety of file sharing.
✸✸Access is limited to within 24 hours, as well as allows the files to be downloaded only once before the link expires.
✸✸If I have your Discord and depending on the commission's size, I can send it directly to DMs instead.

✸✸The voice provided for the audio recordings will be done by a partnered Voice Actor I'm familiar with and have a discount through. If you're interested in Alerts+, you will need to first discuss with me the voice you wish to have applied, as the VA is capable of a wide arrange of voices, but not all.

✸✸Each commission is quoted due to a few factors, including but not limited to:
↠Amount of detail and/or art style
↠Color or lack of and whether or not I'll need to add line art to the final product
↠Purpose - whether it'll be commercialized or not
↠Lack of prior consideration (client not having an exact expectation of how the final product should look like) - this leads to me making several iterations that may or may not end up as the final product; a lot of time and effort spent on my part that prevents me from working on other commissions
